19th DEC 2008:

Okie... On this day, it was a cake baking evening for shuyi and i.... We met up at bt 3pm and went to buy the cake ingredients at Simei, phoon huat n NTUC which we wanna do for the birthday girl..heehee.. We started baking the cake at bt 5pm with the help of my mom... It took us a total of bt 5hrs plus to finish baking and decorate the cake! phew... But it was a rather fun process..haha... I am happy to say tt is our first time baking it and we made it a success! Whee! =)

Btw i got this video from shuyi's blog...hee.... that's the process of us making the cake...=)

20th DEC 2008:

The 4 of us, shuyi, sj, weiwei n i celebrated sheerui's birthday one week in advanced. Initially we planned to give her a surprise but she sort of found out how's our surprise like. On that day, here's how it goes:

3pm-4pm: met shuyi and we went to wait under weiwei's blk.

4-7pm: Making of sushi! With the help of weiwei's friend, greg. It took us like almost an hr to cook the 1st batch of rice? lol... And rolling sushi was rather fun...

7-9pm+: Shuyi and i went to 'fetch' sheerui... We BLINDFOLDED her n took cab fr Tampines Safra to weiwei's hse. We took different side of the lift to level 8 of weiwei's blk, and then climb the stairs up to level 9 and walk along the corridor before reaching his house. Initially, we lied to sheerui that only shuyi n i were going to meet her to go e-hub play boardgame n told her we will meet at the coffeeshop shop nearby the tampines police station for dinner first. But i think there was some miscommunication so in the end sheerui went to e-hub first! And it took us some time to persuade her to come back to Tampines...=x

9pm+ till after midnight: We gave sheerui her early birthday surprise at weiwei's room. We entered the room in darkness lighted up with candles and playing christmas songs... It was a nice ambience.... And Tada! We unfold her n wished her a Happy Birthday! And it seems like she was touched by it? Coz it seems like she cried! =x And thereafter it was cutting the cake, eating the sushi we made and watching youtube...before the rest of us cab home fr weiwei's hse....
