The Finger Dance at Suki Sushi. Rocket 1. Rocket 2. Had lots of fun during camp. High moments too. I was grouped with Peifen, Zhenqi, Fadhi, Shelby, Yizi, Laypeng, Jeraldine, Zhijie, Xiuli and Charmaine. Actually there's only 9 pple in my grp but xiuli and charmaine joined in too. haha. So is a total of 11. We named our grp as 'Bo Chap'('heck care' in hokkien).We sort of live up to our name too, bo chap here n there. haha. I love the cheer we had, we even have actions for it. The cheer goes like this: 1234! Let me hear the Bo Chap cheer! eh ar eh ar eh ooi.... 1234! [bo chap chap! bo chap chap! bo chap chap! Ketchup!] x2 Who r who r who r we! We r we r we r who! Who r we! We r who! WE Are........ BO CHAP La! Highlights in the camp: Day 1: Ice Breaker Games. Played Sa sa game, Chop chilli chop, driving game. After ice breaker games, each of us to find a partner and learn the mass dance. Then night time was practices. Practice ended around 9pm plus, went to bath after tt. It was sleeping time but zhenqi, peifen, fadhli n i didnt sleep as we were thinking of cheer for our group. It was tough to think for cheers.I even went to disturb Charles n Chengliang for cheers. Sorry for disturbing! Then sanmei came over n helped a bit, and in the end we came out with the cheer. haha. Day 2: Tough games at blk 50 field. 1st game played was dog and bone. 2nd game was passing game with a spoon in ur mouth. It was rather yucky when passing the egg york. 3rd game was mashmellow game. Last game was Dodge ball. After tough games was water bomb time! Each grp filled bags n bags of water in the toilet n brought it to the road above the field n started the war. haha. Gaynes was the most coward one man, he stand so far away watching everbody throw n when we ran to him, he ran away as quickly as he could. It was practice time at night again. But today's practice time was special as the last 40mins we played chop chilli chop again with the strings side freshies. But the freshies were kinda not enthu enough man, they are like so hardworking man.Initially when jiaxue asked them wanna play at 1st, they didnt respond, when jiaxue asked them if they want to practice their violin, majority said yes. wow... This yr's batch so hardworking. haha. Casilda got forfeit for playing chop chilli ,So we asked casilda to closed her eyes n stand up, at tt point of time, iris, timo n gloria were preparing birthday cake outside the classroom. I went to switch off the lights and tada! Everyone sang birthday song for her. it was a few hrs in advance bday celebration for her. After cake eating n all, a few freshies n the usual seniors stayed at the classroom, we played ' Hai Dai Quan'('seaweed' game, some action guessing game). We have found the seaweed king and queen, they won every round. Both were freshies.haha.. After practice was nitewalk time! Before we went for nitewalk, all of us were at band music room watch horror movies. 2 ghost movies were played, one after another. I didnt watch finished the 2 movies as i was walking in n out of music room. haha. While watching the movie, every few mins, 2 persons were called out to go for nitewalk. We had 4 pple in my grp to go for nitewalk, it was a privilege, as we were kinda scared to go just in pairs only.We brought along our torchlight, xiuli's torchlight was so powerful tt annabel n samson were almost caught in action at blk 52, lvl6. haha.Went to blk 50 level 5, 3 n 2 for nitewalk. And blk 52 for nitewalk too. I got freaked out the most was at blk 52, lvl 5 whereby when we walked finished one round, den annabel threw down a dummy fr lvl 6. Lol.. All of us were unprepared. Day 3: FC 1st Rehearsal Day. Totally not tt good, mess. Dont wanna talk more bout it here. Gotta do better in the next rehearsal. After rehearsal was Skit and mass dance nite. My grp's theme for the skit was 'Bring me back to life'. Had to act out something tt is link to the theme. After skit was mass dance. My dance partner was Zhenqi. Haha. We danced a total of 3 times. Was supposed to switch partner for the 2nd time but we didnt change. As for the 3rd time, i was partner with timothy, and we danced in a mess coz timo n i were learning both the girl's dance moves, so it was so funny when we danced the same moves. Lol. It was last night for the camp, after our mass dance n all at sport hall, we came back to music room. Then we went to the BA carpark at lvl 3 to play sparkler! Valerie made a lot of rockets. It was hard making the rocket fly up. The most sucessful one was only there was once the rocket did jump n fell off the ground. But it was nice watching. Besides playing sparkler, had other self-entertainment with jiaxue n the rest. Weisheng, Timothy,me n jiaxue were doing some taiji moments for fun. After sparkler time, went back to music room n played the handbells. Everyone trying to play correctly for the song for secret but is kinda hard to coordinate altogether. After playing awhile i was super exhausted n sleepy already.Zhenqi was so funny la, she was so awake when everyone is tired already, she and peifen even went to clubhouse n took out their violins n play. Majority of us did not bath tt night. =x Then Jiaxue lay her sleeping bag nicely n lay another 3 or 4 more blankets on top of it to make it more comfortable for us to sleep. Just when we are bout to sleep, Brandon, who was besides jiaxue slept first n began snoring. Lol. Jiaxue, mabia, carol n me were laughing like hell coz we even record his snoring sound. We even try moving his sleep bag away from us. jiaxue n i laughed till our stomach were in pain n jaws n mouth were so numb n tired. And we slept at 4am plus n woke up at bout 10.45am the next morning. The freshies even woke up earlier than us. haha. Day 4 Last day: It was last day for camp. Debrief for camp. After camp, went to LOT 1 Suki Sushi restaurant with 17 others. After eating, some left, the rest of us went arcade there n took neoprints! 10 of us squeeze inside the machine n took our pic. haha. Jiaxue n charmaine went home after taking neoprint. While Peifen, zhenqi, mabia, sandra, brandon, weisheng n i hang around at the arcade playing. In the end we left Lot 1 at 7pm. Reached home at 8pm plus. Will be posting more pictures n video once i have them from the rest. Labels: Music camp 2007
