OMG!! I tell ya! Late afternoon went to my classmate, Benjamin's house to do a valuation on his house together with my tutorial classmates. What i can only say is that Benjamin's house is really BIG and Beautiful. He lives in the penthouse at hillview, 2storey condo. The 2nd lvl is so beautiful man, is like a chalet kind of place man. There's Jacuzzi, BBQ pit, Hob, small fridge, etc.... The Place is nicely renovated. Gorgeous! The penthouse itself already costs $1.1 million exclusive of renovation price!! I wonder will i be able to earn that much in the future and get tt kind of house. Phew!
