OUCH!! Pain!! Numb....
Today went to see another doctor regarding my right foot which got sort of a bristle n the skin was harden. Then the doctor told me tt the thing on my leg was a corn(caused by friction worn by shoes)... And he told me have to CUT it away... I was like,' Ahh...Cut it? die... how pain is it going to get? now? ' Den my mum just agreed to the doctor n ask him to do it immediately. The only most painful part was when the doctor injected anesthetic on my foot. The needle injecting in was so pain tt i bite my finger n use the other hand to grab my arm tightly. Tears was almost dropping out. At first i thought tt after all the pain process, the doctor have removed the corn and he even asked me do i still feel any pain. So i told him not much pain den he told me tt,' now tt u don feel pain it means the anesthetic has taken effect to ur foot already.' And to think i thought he has cutted out the corn already. Tt was only the start. After the anesthetic has taken effect, i really don feel any pain when the doctor was cutting the corn. I felt rather numbed though. Luckily, if not i think i couldnt take it. haha... After the cutting the corn, the doctor even used some small equipment n i think he was burning the skin on my foot! I saw smoke n it was kinda smelly. After he's done, i saw sort of a small 'hole' at the part where he removed the corn... Aww..... He taught me how to apply the cream to it n bandaged up my foot. And i will recover in bout one or two weeks time. This small surgery cost $80! I really hoped tt it will not come back again. For bout 7 hrs i can still feel the numbness at my foot.
I really hoped tml will be a good weather so tt my legs will not be wet n get infected while going to the class bbq.
Sometimes the more pain u experienced, the lesser fear u get the next time.
